- A kilt fitter to measure each guests and advise fitting and styling for their gala night.
- Anccestral tartan search and great kilt demonstartion.
- A Bloom Bar featuring local florals, allowing guests to create their own bouquets to adorn their rooms throughout the week.
A Show-Stopping Scottish Soirée:
- Guests, all dressed in kilts, were welcomed to a private castle, greeted by a red carpet guarded by knights on horseback. Custom flags adorned the castle.
- The drinks reception featured a lively display of sword fighters, tavern-goers, falconers, and a jester.
- Guests were then escorted through the castle’s royal apartments, where they met the royal residents.
- For the grand finale, attendees enjoyed a roast dinner buffet in a medieval hall, concluding with a beating of the retreat accompanied by fireworks.
Luxury Locomotive
For their group activity, guests were pleasantly surprised with a private charter train journey to the highlands. They were picked up from the local train station, greeted with custom carriage rugs and attended by white-glove staff.
The adventure began with a delightful champagne brunch, where guests were entertained by a close-up magician who wandered through the carriages.
After brunch, guests arrived in a charming highland town, enjoying time to shop and unwind. To entice them back to the platform for their departure, a lone piper strolled through the streets, and guests happily followed.
On the way back, guests indulged in a cocktail afternoon tea while being serenaded by a jazz duo that played at each table.

After several days of luxurious, personalized services, it was time for the guests to explore some unique, off-property activities. They were offered a variety of exciting options, including kayaking, clay shooting, and quad biking as one combined experience, salmon fishing with a ghillie, a distillery experience paired with a traditional pub lunch, a Highland castle visit, a Royal Edinburgh tour, and Scottish film experiences. These activities showcased the rugged beauty and rich history of the Scottish landscape.
